Ordered a COVID-19-quick test. The test was performed about 10 minutes late. Upon the 30 min wait to get the certificate, I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. When you pay NOK 1500,- for the test, and get an appointment specific to an exact minute, you kind of expect everything to go smoothly and swiftly... but this certainly wasn't the case this time.

Bad experience. My daughter got a fever 38.6 for 3 days. We went to see doctor on Sunday. The blood test showed worse, she got both throat and ear inflammation. The doctor stressed to give my daughter with penicillin without any allergic test. I stress I am always allergic with penicillin. Then the doctor gave a replacement medicine which is out of stock because of factory. We kept calling to beg doctor to save my daughter. The doctor refused and said I am not allergic to hard breathe, so children can try without allergic test. Is it kidding with qualifications? Is it kidding with price 2600nok?

Ask for help on the phone for a test, I don't speak norwegian, she didn't have the patience and just hang up on me.

Have used their pediatrician service twice and really satisfied with it. Both doctors were experienced and able to help quickly. Book your appointment in advance so you don’t have to wait much. Emergency department is also available for child illness.

Waited in line for more than an hour with a sick child. After all that waiting, the doctor examines the kid for literally 3 minutes and says, he doesn't need medication and needs to rest. He uses 20 minutes to type this into computer for whatever reason only God knows. And all this miserable experience cost us 1700,-. These people are not doctors or nurses...they are thieves! Go somewhere else if you don't wanna get robbed to your pants.

The hospital is not cheap, but worth every penny. Professional and courteous staff. Diagnosed chicken pox and advised on medicine right at the reception stand giving us a chance to avoid further examination, expense and waiting time. We opted to undergo examination anyway in case there was more and to obtain official doctor's report. The waiting was not long at all, we were called in 10-15 minutes. The doctor (Maria Bunæs Haffeld) was excellent, very attentive, very professional, conducted a thorough examination, took samples, provided solid advice and talked about options. We left very reassured with a clear idea what to expect and do. The doctor followed up diligently, called us twice later on (long-distance, we don't live in Norway) with the final test results and final consultation. We are very grateful for the help and support

The doctors here are much better then the public ones. And they have the time to treat you correctly. But they are a bit pricey.
